Terms, Conditions and additional Charges for Workshops and CourseS

The term 'workshop' will be used to denote any workshop, course or other educational training or activity provided by Soul Tonic Ltd.
The term 'registrant' will be used to denote any person registered on a course provided by Soul Tonic Ltd. 
The term 'attendee' will be used to denote any registrant who attends a Soul Tonic workshop.​

Cancellations

Charges to registrant if they wish to cancel:

For refunds requested within 1 full week of start date = 100% of workshop cost

For refunds requested within 2 full weeks of start date = 50% of workshop cost

For refunds requested within 3 full weeks of start date = 25% of workshop cost

For refunds requested within 4 full weeks of start date = 10% of workshop cost

For refunds requested a full 4 weeks or more before the start date = no charge.

In the event of any workshop being cancelled by Soul Tonic, a full refund will be given. No liability is accepted for additional costs incurred by the student.

If the workshop date is not set at the time of ticket purchase, these timings will apply to the start date that is later agreed between attendees.

'No shows'

If a registrant does not attend the workshop, this will be known as a 'No show'. 
Refunds will not be given for 'No Shows' and your booking payment cannot be transfered to another workshop or 3rd party.
 
Changing the Names of Registrants
You can change the name of an attendee up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop. 
Changing the name will incur an admin fee of £5 per person.

Refunds

Refunds for individual registrations will incur an £8 admin fee, per attendee on the booking, plus the charges below.

Refunds would normally be made directly to the person who made the booking for the registrants and via the same method as the payment was made. 

Safety

Soul Tonic Ltd. has valid Public Liability Insurance.
However participants are still responsible for the safety of themselves and their property.

Attendees are responsible to bring their own PPE and are encouraged to use it, for any workshop that requires it.

Examples of which would be hearing protection for music workshops, or adequate footwear and eye protection for art workshops. ​

AGE

The courses are mostly designed for attendees aged 18+.

Teenagers under 18 are welcome, but must bring adult supervision, at no extra cost.

However, as this could potentially double the amount of people at an event, and given we may be short on physical space, we must limit the amount of such places offered. Therefore please get in touch to confirm U18 places are available. Thank you.
