Andrea Amorim, is a Brazilian singer-songwriter from the Northeast of Brazil, with an unique voice and unmistakable stage presence.
Starting her career in Rock, she has released many self penned albums and recorded with big name Brazilian artists such as Lenine and Marcos Valle. Notably she recorded the album 'Bossa de Alma Nova' << Bossa of the new Soul>> with Bossa Nova legend, Roberto Menescal, who received the Lifetime Achievement Latin Grammy in 2013.
She performs on stage all over Europe, USA , Japan, and Brazil; regularly at major Brazilian festivals such as FIG and Viva Dominguinhos.
Often supported by a full band and dancers, her larger shows are broadcast live to over 9 million people on the Globo network.
She has also appeared on Brazil's top talk show 'Programa do Jô' and Globo Network's live music show 'Som Brasil'.
Presently studying a Degree in Psychology, she also holds a Degree in Journalism and presented a weekly TV show called ArteFatos on the infoTVWeb channel, interviewing artists from her region. Check the videos below and follow her on social media, via the links below!:
